FIVE-THE DIONNES: A Musical

May 28, 1934, in a modest farmhouse in the tiny hamlet of Corbeil on the outskirts of North Bay, a miracle in FIVE installments had begun. The Extended Version of FIVE – THE DIONNES, a musical by Zoey Adams and Tony Quarrington makes a return engagement at the Capitol Centre on Fri. June 2nd and Sat. June 3rd 2023 at 8:00. Their legacy lives on!

Gerry Mendicino, who’s credits include Host of Polka Dot Door, Sam Ramone in the series Ready or Not, and Uncle Taki in the films My Big Fat Greek Wedding 1,2, and 3, will direct and act alongside many talented local artists. This entertaining and educational tribute to the Dionnes featuring more songs and stories and presented as an old-fashioned CFCH radio play of the 30s will take you back to a time and place that is legendary.

The ensemble team includes: Robert Bartlett, Michael Bernier, Jennifer Carroll, Chris Clarke, Scott Clark, Allison Denomme, Sam Depatie, Ariel Hyatt, Steph Kast, Mary Kennedy, Neil Kennedy, Matt Lishman, John Macdonald, and Andrew Palangio.
